I had a great stay at a charming B&B. The building had a lovely old-fashioned feel and the owner, a friendly elderly man, made a delicious full English breakfast. My room was beautiful, with an old fireplace and a big round window. The garden outside was blooming with cherry trees. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The breakfast had plenty of options and was amazing; my stay was perfect and the location was great.

The house is lovely with a nice location, quite close to Edinburgh. We knew that Scottish people are fair and nice. This is what we received. Everything was close to perfection. Thank you!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming bed and breakfast near Inverkeithing station. The hotel provided great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms had character, with unique features like an old fireplace and a big round window. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a 20-minute ride from Waverley station in Edinburgh.

Everything was just perfect, no complaints at all.

It's just a 20-minute ride from Waverley station in Edinburgh, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are nicely furnished with loads of storage, giving you plenty of space to relax and unwind. The attention to detail in the rooms adds a touch of character and makes you feel at home. The breakfast provided is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from, including creamy porridge and perfect poached eggs. The friendly and welcoming staff ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

All in all, everything was good.

We loved the convenience of the location, being just a short walk from the train station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the off-street parking was a bonus. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The guesthouse exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the town centre. Rooms were beautiful and cosy, and the breakfast was amazing. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful couple who run the place.

We were caught off guard by the cat and dog living in the guesthouse, which could be a problem for those with allergies. some of the bathroom fixtures were a bit outdated and in need of repair.

The breakfast was superb, and we also thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the nearby "Clubhouse" bistro. The two upstairs ensuite rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location was good, being out of the city but easy to get to, and also close to the airport.

Excellant breakfast keep me going all day, friendly owners Helen & Andrew nothing to much trouble even provided info on plumber for my son flat.The two upstairs ensuite rooms comfortable & modern only 10 minute walk from station. .
